Here's my .02 . . . .
If ya want a high winding screamer of an engine thats a blast to drive . .
build the 327, but, build it right. Put it in a light vehicle (Vega / Monza??) with low gears & a four speed or properly set up slushbox.
If you want a high torque engine for pulling . . get a 350 or 400.
The 327 was probably the best performance small block Chevy ever made . . .
