public apology to tcr

hello.
not to drag my problems in the open,and not knowing which forum catagory to put this in,i decided to do it here,please feel free to move if it is wrong.

Awhile back a member here TCR bought a ats exhaust manifold and an afe stage2 intake from me,his money was sent promptly,the day i was going to send i got shipped out to repair some saws with a 1 hour notice to get my crap together,it was only down state.So i couldnt ship like promised,TCR was a little miffed and i dont blame him.
well he recieved the parts(a week late)and i forgot the nuts and bolt for the intake.The day i was going to ship i walked into work and got layed off and escorted off the premises,with out my stuff to includeTcrs stuff.That ws on the 10th after lots af problems i was allowed too gather my stuff yesterday,but no nuts and bolts for TCR,so i will buy new and shipp tomorrow.TCR was and is great to deal with.I VERY SORRY FOR ALL THIS CRAP.
I felt compelled to do this poenly because i have sold things and willstill sell what i dont need and i dont want people getting the wrong impression about,i try to be honest and abole board. thx oly

Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If you were able to communicate with him and work to resolve it as quickly as you possibly could then I think anybody would be understanding. A phone call will go a long way. Keeping lines of communication open is a must. (im not saying you didn't)

If someone just ignored the other party and their attempts to contact them, that would create a problem. If I promised somebody something and couldn't deliver I would promptly be in touch and offer them their money back ASAP or work out an arrangement to their satisfaction.

Glad you got it resolved with TCR. And sorry to hear about the layoff. Good luck and may God bless you.
