My boy blew the turbo on his 00 Ford 7.3 powerstroke. What would be a good cheap replacement? Will any of the Dodge Cummins turbos fit it? He got laid off and his money is tight is the reason i'm asking and I have a few used turbos off of the Dodge Cummins. Thank for any help or input.

 

I highly doubt that A turbo would work from a cummins. How did he blow it did it "Blow up" or is it worth rebuilding? I remember seeing reman turbos for a 7.3 a while back for just under $500.00USD.
