Thanks Rock! I know Im gonna love this house.. Im gonna be making a lot of improvements to this house, and plan on staying in it for quite a few years, and I just can't wait!

That's a nice place, hope I can find something like that up here. A place like that in RI is about 500K (don't laugh guys I'm being serious) Were looking at a few places but wow, most of them are 100 years old and in the 300K range for about 1,000 sq feet. Yup rediculous. (spelling, couldn't afford school either) Well at least I have my Cummins

300K for 1000 sq ft???? Wow that is great.. I have a little 910 SQ ft house and the going rate is 675k.. Rent on it is about 2100.

LA Housing is out of control!!!!!!!!

Yeah all my buddies back east think Im crazy for buying a 1400 sq foot house for 245k, but I just laugh and tell em thats cheap out here! Dusty, soon enough my friend, soon enough.. smoke galore! Thats the beauty of no HOA.. I'll get pics of the outside on Sunday, when Im up there next. Working all day tommorow, so I won't have time to go up and take pics.

Wow, we are closing at the end of the month on our new place... not sure if I should tell you guys....Oh WTH, 1800 sq ft, 15 acres plus the 3 acre stocked pond,
two car garage, 24X24 patio with hot tub.......$118,000

But I do have to build my own barn and put up a few thousand feet of fence...
