We're in escrow on this home now, 25 days till it closes. Home inspection was today, inspector didnt find anything that we weren't really already aware of, and it seems that the owners are already fixing a lot of the issues that were on the last inspection from when it was in escrow before... Anyway, on to the pics:

We got lucky, and her parents payed cash for the house, and we're making payments to them, until we can build enough credit to get a mortgage, so in that respect we are lucky, we don't need to wait for financing.

When Cali falls of into the Pacific, You'll be just up the hill from the beach. Your in a better place then my daughter...she'a just up the hill from the beach in Malibu.

I haven't been to Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear since the early sixties when they were a quaint little villages. It sure was pretty and the fishing wasn't bad.

Nice place Scott! Your real fortunate to have family financing. No interest. I bet that place even looks better in the winter with snow. I can see it now, December, Christmas meet @ Scott's place.

Wish that was the case, but they are charging us some interest, but its not near as much as the current market is. This is just as much an investment for them, as it is for us... They are gonna make a little money on this transaction too.... No biggie for us though, we figure its the least we can do for them, with all they are doing for us. I'm all for a christmas meet at my place
