Nice pics. Sure looks like a fun trip. What are the ratings on that diesel?

this is the delta hawk
well the delta hawk(v-4) is a 2 stroke super charged and turbo charged. it can be purched in 160(non intercooled) 180(intercooled) and a 200(different intercooled) horse power versons. They were running a gerett turbo, I ask which one and they couldn't tell me.LOL.

this diesel is found in a twin engine plane! they called it a 134 TDI, I picked up some info on it and will look up more up on it.

One thing or another has kept me from going, but I'll get there sometime. Fun-an-Sun is on the list also.

Still working on my PPL, but plenty of time for that. Kids, wife, life,.....

Thanks for the pics, and glad you had a good time. From what I've heard, the only bad this year was the loss of the P-51 and pilot. Any news on that?

I didn't hear much on the P-51, I saw it in the paper one morning but didn't have time to read it. From what i have been told he was about 60 years old. Thats about all i know. I will look for the artical on line.
