But wait - his truck has "Never Been Beat"...

So now, maybe, he'll hear you when you tell him he has to install a pyro or it will just be a repeat of his previous fiascoes.

You should be able to get plenty of support there for doing things in the proper order. Maybe he'll connect with someone and see the light.

awwww-- you took the fun out of it. I was wondering how many people on here actually got the reference to the non-existent '83 'Vette.

My wife's grandmother had a three dimensional plaster 8x10 of a horse heading away! It read in broken German, "Wy iz zare mor horzes Edit zen zare ar horzes"

I think of that hanging on the wall when I run across a person like this.

Hey, I was only 8 years old-- and I noticed.

Then again, it was MY ultrasound used on those Valvoline commercials showing the child in utero

Uhm, is this the time to pick a battle???????

Not quite technically true, they did make em, none officially sold and supposedly only 1 left.

http://www.web-cars.com/corvette/1983.php

However, knowing the guys who worked on the program, I am sure one or more will "surface" sooner or later.

But yea, for all practical purposes, they never made them, and if you happened to save one, it would be worth 100 brand new Dodge trucks....

Just needed to be contrarian today.

Wow - I can't believe Chipmonk has the cajones to spend that much on a super-rare Vette just for the satisfaction of running this Diesel Guru's rocketship for pink slips!
