I have lost my ability to use the Fax and Picture Viewer. I had always used it to view pics, but it no longer works, even when it is set to be the default viewer. An example is when I look at a folder with pics, it will not show them as thumbnails or open them.

 

Click on View and enable thumbnails

 

Start|Run regsvr32 %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll
