Awwwwwww don't cry Paris.
Don't cry for your mommy now.
You'll be among the low level working class you degrade daily on tv.

She should have went to jail for 45 days the night she was pulled over for DUI. So should everyone else for their first offense.

No one is any better than the other .Some get a slap on the hand and others get jailed for the first offense.I don't understand our judicial system, but then again no one pays me to either.

she right were she should be........Paris or any celebrity for that matter, deserves no speacial treatment because of there status. Release for medical reason is not a good reason to release, if that were the case then they should let all of the crazy's in prision out. glad justice was served, just hope they hold her to the full sentence. i feel that this story is not over yet

Personally, I'm happy the judge isn't letting the press, Sheriff or the Hiltons and their "friends" bully him or mock his orders. Good for him!

bah, i wouldnt call it justice.
no such thing in this country.
legal system is a joke as you call can see from this case and others like the OJ Simpson case.

first she gets out for medical leave, now someone decides "oh, thats not what I wanted to happen" and sends her back to jail.

bunch of money lizards getting paid to make whatever decisions they want to, when they want to, why they want to, and reverse them at anytime they feel nessary... goes for both the judges and the lawyers.

just my opinion, everyone has one.

From my understanding letting her out after her length of stay is common. 10% of sentence is common, plus she has a health condition.

I'm 110% against making an example out of someone.

Never, EVER thought I'd say this, but here I agree with Al Sharpton.

She has Acute Hollywood-itis. It effects all her surroundings, including people. Symptoms: Getting everthing they want regardless of price. Only effects the "higher class" citizens.

I'm not. The sheriff flat out disobeyed the courts decision and didn't even have the courtesy to give the judge an opportunity to approve or disapprove of the release. If you want to blame someone for this "fiasco", blame the sheriff. He should go to jail for contempt.
