Evening Claude, its ok I'm part way into a good model railroader magazine right now. Just happened to hit the refresh button and saw you guys posted some more.

I agreee with you, black shows every imperfection, blemish, choochie (Yes, its my pattened word for a mistake), and piece of dirt. ALso shows swirls and scratches really bad. I'd never want to own a black vehicle, but they do look awesome when the paint is perfect.

Yeah Don, you know... the one with the mailbox.

Bring that thing down here, I'll paint it. I can get a case of Rustoleum gloss black.

Red, I actually got to go on an excursion with the NKP 765 on memorial day weekend. Very cool old locomotive. Would like to go on that train ride, sounds like it would be a good one.

I'd rather use a brush than a paintball gun.

We could probably plan something. My weekends are booked right now (stupid wedding stuff) How busy do you anticipate your weekdays to be next month or so?

Personaly, I don't need to ride it for that much money Matt. Maybe if it was a special occasion for something. I'll probably just try for a couple action shots and check it out a bit in Cadillac. Maybe if they have the short ride to Yuma for the turnaround. Usually a 2 hour ride for $25 or so, but you have to reserve it.

The ride the GF and I went on a few weekends ago behind the NKP 765 cost us about 29 buck per person for a two hour ride plus a couple smashhed pennies, and a ton of pics. The pirce for what you posted are pretty salty, One i seen said it was $250 for 2 people I think. Way too much for me.

Yeah, but it's a good route to chase, all rural/ minimal traffic areas. I'd like to get some black and whites going by some of the old depots and graineries.
