Well, we made it to Massachusetts in one piece, but whatta trip... it was Jake's first long road trip, and he did real good. In fact, he was the smoothest part of the trip. Air conditioner in the truck was another story tho. Anything over 1200 RPM's and it quit workin'. Blew warm air... NOT COOL! (pun intended!) Our mechanic says it's prob'ly the 'drier' that's in the A/C line, but I think it's the compressor. If you let it sit and idle it gets ice cold. Sounds like the comp looses it ability to pump at higher RPM. What do YOU guys think?

Roads were terrible too. Ended up takin' the southern tier route thru NY because the radio said I-90 was all tied up thru Buffalo due to construction. Pretty route but no fun when it's in the mid 80's, humid and with no A/C. the trip usually takes 12 - 13 hours. This time it took 17 1/2!~

I need ! Now I gotta go play with a buncha 4 year olds in the schools... this oughta be fun on 3 hours of sleep!

chaikwa.

what are the little cans on shelf to the left?

why is the ladder over the air compressor?

I pride myself on being very reluctant to wash the bike. it is in pristine mechanical shape however, and that is WD40 soaking in the concrete. paid 700 bucks for wiring 4inch to 7 inch headlight- nothing works now. delaership will take care of me, former mechanic went back to SC. might have MADHAT recruit him... and that bike is legally willed to a friend. better have weather overbearing than the wife

barn is tornado on it's own, seven projects going on at once when you are a good jack of all trades type (seems neighbors know where I live too).
dog food is in the cans on rolling shelves, biscuits in boxes on pallets. mech parts and supplies on shelves on wall. outboard motor on engine stand in back. welding projects next to that. all farm equipment was in already for tune ups, fixes, etc. chain saws refurb'd after that. new log load was delivered yesterday, no rest for the retired. ladder was in place for tractor weld on neighbor's JD, that's just a portable air tank- compressor is bigggg.... Trust me, CHAIKWA calls my basement WalMart and my barn Tractor Supply for a very good reason...

one ton needs front axle u-joints, everyone tells me to let a shop do it- it's that much a PITA. 66,000 so I might as well (under warranty).

rototilled food garden, japanese garden and log scraps (man better than a shredder!) got to plant stuff but lightning has been like a snapping towel fight in a locker room...you don't dare bend over!

CIN! I get full just from reading what's available, heheh. I DID mix hot chocolate and coffee at a parts place......should be good to go until 4AM now

CHAIKWA!!!! miss you , my boy! hehe glad you get to test the nuclear explosion response haz mat team, for when you finally lose it!! HEY- I have to go to Charlemont MA 01339 this weekend. just so you know I have entered zone one......

Ijobb, go fishing this weekend! get the fish from the beer commercial (labatt's) to call you at work, heheheh
DieselJON- guess you are happy to get out of work...hope it is to a better job, my friend!
ADMIN Dieseldude- snicker snicker snicker- fog butt, now that's a name I 'll have to call someone. Picked up a helmet sticker today- "if you can't say anything nice, come sit near me"

gotta love life!

Good Marine. And when you're done with 'em, send 'em my way for the processing.

That's the highest honor I could ever imagine... giving my life to furthur my country and my Marine Corps... May the good MSgt rest in peace.

Semper Fi, 1stSgt. He's leaving soon. Company NJP. He's getting 'drummed out' in front of the whole company in a day or so. I don't think that you want him.

Feeling a little better. Thanks all for all the warm wishes for me to feel better. Wife's b-day was yesterday, I got her a dozen red roses, but that was about it. I'll try a little harder for mothers day...
Spanked the heck out of one of the other hat's 5.0's the other night... shoulda seen the look on his face when my big 'ol redneck truck started walking away from him... priceless...

Head pressure too high, head pressure too low, low freon, belt slipping, drier, relay overloaded or weak.

Janitor, glad that you made it back to your home plannet safely. Sure you'll want to leave?!? It's the only place in the world that everyone talks like you, even though you claim it's the origional accent...

Morning, about to hit the door headed for work. Could we spike the coffee with an energy drink too? I could use as much help as I can get right now. TGIF

Mornin, my monday today. Nothing new going on. Just wondering though. If the janitor took his normal route, would he have got there in the same amount of time with construction, but still have AC due to the lower construction speeds? And how much wood could Chaikwa cut, if Chaikwa could cut wood?

Scooter is in the parking lot. Only got a case of the damp fog butt this morning but my shield fogged up real good and then I put it up and my glasses fogged up too. Gloves were wet from wiping fog off the shield every mile or so and the glasses too.
Couldn't find neutral at the security check point (should have stayed in bed).
Took almost an hour to find a T4 schedule once I finally got in the building.
Now hungry and it's still three hours to lunch time.

well, uh, other folks would LIKE for you to wash it....

my blade on my chain saw won't stay tight, bar keeps sliding back.
reckon it is wore out, Pops used it for long as i can remember,
gave it to me instead of throwing away.

reckon a new bar would fix that?

had a double decker MOON PIE for breakfast, stuck in freezer for an hour.

Mad, you want us to come down and take Momma out to eat?
we are free this weekend after ~noon on Saturday.

LMK when the bridge is open...
