Looks like the fog is finally lifting, still brrr and not much that can be done outside other than feed and freeze your buttonia off. According to NOAA I am looking at 30 degrees right now with a high of 31, and 100% wintry mix. This is where I question going into town to get a good meal tonight. (NEED BEEF, getting tired of eating noodles, and it's only been 2 nights in a row)

Afternoon, all. Sorry I did not stop to chat this am, just ran through and flipped the switch on the pot. Got wore out from being at 04's house last night, did not get home until 2320. He got some good pics, I'm sure that he'll post them. We drove each others trucks, his is nicer, mine is faster/meaner. Something about a 4x2 that's kinda, well, George-ish. Just got back from church, gonna eat some lunch, start cleaning the house, go do a little patch work on a fence, and back to church. Hope everyone is having a nice Sunday.

Madhat, you mean to tell me thats its possible to have normal around here?

wow......talk about a suprise. i didnt think normal could be found at DTR, let alone be in the volcabulary.

ran some cd's through my cd doctor today. works good, though some of them are probly going to have to be done more than once.

gotta try to get some laundry done today. also gotta do some more cleaning.

In response to the many shots at the normal breakroom, I meant that it was DTR normal, not normal for humans. I was getting tired of the upsidedown ?'s. Anyone else with me?
BTW, I had mentioned that the navy had been trying to figure out what was wrong with me, and the finally figured it out after they sent me to have my head examined...

That's really an x-ray of my head. I have witnesses...

Aren't you supposed to take your hat off indoors?

If not, at least take it off before hitting the X-ray room.

Hey, I was right. That's a shock. The weather is supposed to be only a 30% chance of sleet, so I might be able to get out and have a real meal, but it's supposed to be 29* for a high though.

Yo Pistol, if you like a little garlic salt on your baked potatoes, I've got a recipe for garlic baked potatoes that will have you sitting up, begging for more and looking like.

Nah, those are reconstructive fillings. Only one cavity. I thought the janitor was back in town?!? Night pot is on, put a little MMO in there to spruce things up. Left some chocolate chip cookies that Mrs mad made.

That's all for me, tonight. Taps was 22 minutes ago, gotta hit the rack. See ya'll in the am...

Heck yeah .... SEND IT !! I am always looking for a way to fix vittles. The one or two times a week that I actually break down and cook something needs to be good. Ther rest of the time it's just pop a can of this or nuke a pound of that .... taste is really optional at that point .

I'll check in later ... gotta head in to the command for a spell. Time to go do some PT !! Sure is nice having a full gym, rock climbing wall and acres and acres of running trails right outside your office.
