No more Cummins...
No more Cummins...
Well my wife and I came home from church, and my truck with the brand new tires and brakes was gone.
I guess someone decided they needed it more than they guy that worked to pay for it...
I came home last night about 10:30 from hunting, parked the truck, pulling into the parking lot around 1:30 this afternoon they was a maroon chevy where I put my baby. So I filed a poliece report, and made a claim with the insurance (State Farm)
I'm so aggrivated, had to let my CTD brother know what happened.

Texan..I am so sorry for what you are dealing with and I hope they get them and your truck. I don't think I hate anything worse than a thief.
If you think about it...they are making a statement. "I don't want to work, I want you to work and then I will take from you what you have earned". I hope you get back your property. Terry.

Thanks man.
I have my opinion as to the punishment for thieves.
Put them in a 6X10 cell. After awhile, give the a few travel magazines and the entertainment sections out of newspapers.
After awhile longer, give them an AM radio with nothing but talk radio and religious music.
After awhile longer, give them a radio that will play whatever they want to hear.
After awhile longer, give them a TV with nothing but soap operas and shopping network stations.
After awhile longer give them a TV that will give them what they want to watch.
Increase their quality and variety of food at the same rate.
Then, after awhile, Go in and take it all away fron them and make the scum bag start all over again!

man that really bites, I often wonder how none of the neighbors see/ say anything..... and its too bad ya didn't catch em in the act and introduce them to louie, louiesville slugger that is. take the day and drive around the shady side of town and look for it, parked in a out of the way spot, lots of these bums just joy ride em or park em to make sure there is no lo jack. good luck.
Here's some advice based on a recent stolen auto in our family: Don't trust the police. Not because they're bad, but if they're anything like Kansas City, property crimes are simply not a very high priority.
If Tulsa has a city tow lot, call the tow lot and ask them if they have your truck. If we had done that when our Jeep was stolen, we'd have it right now, and the insurance company would be much happier having only paid for repairs instead of the entire vehicle. Our Jeep was recovered the same day it was stolen, but we were not notified by anyone until three months later when we received a letter from the city tow lot informing us that they were selling it.

I hope you get it back. Good luck
