Nicknames for everyday things
I offered my daughter a "chicken seed" for breakfast yesterday and the kids thought it was the funniest thing they had ever heard...

Got any good ones for everyday things??

I told the kids when they were little, we were having bird embryos, porcine flesh, and the oozing from a lactating mammal. Funny thing, they weren't hungry!!
