If you got to say that, then "houston we have a problem". The first step to help is admitting you have a problem

 

When the wife peeks into the room and says, "Are you on the diesel board again? I thought you were going to go take a shower and go to bed." -- that is a clue that you need to seek help. DTR Chapter meetings recommended.
