i am impressed how clean it is. I have been kicking around the idea of getting GTX (1969-1970) but after seeing this I bet I could buy a new Challenger with the 6.1 SRT8 mill and have enough left over to build up my rig!

If diesel keeps rising and gas stays where it is I may just have to let go of my truck. Atleast i'll be letting it go for something worthy(in my eyes anyways).
I'd still have to buy a winter beater, don't want all that salt/sand destroying my new ride.

There's no shortage of high-end race parts. Mark Williams axles fill the Dana 60 housing and the company's four-piston brake calipers and rotors are at all four corners. Height-adjustable coil-overs are installed on the front double-wishbone suspension and set to give the car an aggressive rake. The whole package weighs 3,588 pounds.

This car and the "regular Challenger" are not realy alike. This Super Stock car was built to do one thing, race. It's gutted, got a whole new rear end, ect. I can almost guarentee the new Challenger is going to weigh in over 4k lbs.

I'd like one but I want a stand alone engine management system and a single turbo set-up on it. If the 3500 pound race car only ran 11.53 at 114mph the actual car with the standard 5.7 will be lucky to run mid to high 13s without a turbo and some serious tuning changes. They should sell it with a cheap steel wheel package as I would also want the bigs and littles approach on the wheels and tires. I just like the race look better than the 20s all the way around look.
