Well, waddaya know? I have also been looking at a new home here in Raleigh. Don't know if we can get out of the old one like we'd like, but we're going to give it a whirl. Good luck with yours

You guys catch that if I drop by line? kind of makes me think sitting the winter out on the living room couch might be pushing it a little ;D<br><br>Real pretty place gonzo, I hope things work out for you.

I get the remote though.
