I have just aquired a 90 Dodge COnversion van with a throttle body injected318 in it. I want to put this motor in my 89 Jeep Wrangler and need a transmssion to go behind it. Will a transmission from a of post 94 magnnum engine bolt up to this motor?

 

Bolt pattern is the same, if it's electronic controlled out of a later one you might have some diff. getting it to play nice without dropping some $$$ in it. But a manual trans will be good to go.

 

Its throttle body injected, 170hp and 260 ftlbs torque, which is very close to the 4.0l jeep, comming out of a 1990 van. The Jeep and the 92-96 Dakota both have the Asian-Warner AX-15 tranny, so I can just change the bellhousing, starter, clutch, and flywheel and it should all bolt right up.
