Military: ask MWR if they are selling BioDiesel on base
Military: ask MWR if they are selling BioDiesel on base
they were selling on Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay for $3.05, but that was a month or so ago, before prices skyrocketed.
it's a pump right by the regular pumps.
they are selling it on my local base, but they don't want to tell folks,
it's at a remote location.
not sure why they would want to keep it a secret, so you ought to call & ask your MWR.

Locally, the only BioDiesel in the area is sold at the Navy Exchange station near the Pentagon.
It's open to the public, but their PRICES

.......are 20-30 cents higher than plain ol' diesel a mile away.

no diesel on base here either. I have been bugging them to let me buy it from the pumps they use for the GOVs, or even the JP8 pumps. no luck yet though. 4.10 a gallon off base is raping my wallet
