mileage has went up to 20 mpg since i converted my dually to a 2x4...see picture

 

Now why would you want to go and do a silly thing like that.

 

i got tired of not finding a parking spot and always running over curbs & things . all kidding aside.... i don`t need the weight capacity of a dually any more, and as much as i would like to have a new truck,i can`t afford

What all did you change?

After I don't need my truck for a dily driver anymore, I have thought about changing it to a single wheel.

 

all i changed was the wheels & tires (17" dealer take off`s) & the bed.... total cost was around 1000.00
