Have you checked your local yellow pages for hydraulic repair shops?
O rings and such should be on the self stock at those places.

Ace or most any hardware store will stock just about any o-ring made, just make sure you get one compatable with hydraulic fluid, course I'm sure you know that. Might check E-bay for plow pumps and parts, I see rebuilt go on there. Try contacting one of these guys (most do it as a business) and see if they can help with spare parts. You should be able to E-mail any of them.

Tractor Supply usually has a good selection of hydraulic supplies. You might be better off getting a double spool control valve assembly.
Monarch Mfg is/was part of the Consolidated Belton (out of Texas) Company. They were bought out by AG Meyer. I bought one of their 6 1/2 ft discs this spring, so they are still in business. I'll got through my files at the house and get a number and point of contact. I'll be going down that way the first part of January and I'll make it a point to stop in age get their catalogs.
