[quote author=TXBobcat link=board=10;threadid=19553;start=0#msg183575 date=1063297401]I'm confused! All this from the same person that started a thread on "What is the purpose of getting drunk?".

Initially I had similar thoughts, but gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed these were his hired hands and he wasn't participating. I'm sure Stan will be along shortly to clear the air.

Re:Mexstan and Scotty

OK, after 5 hours of cleaning mud from I truck I am back. That was some job! That red clay was everywhere. Tried to pressure wash the mud from inside the rims but could not get it to move. So opted to remove the wheels and rotate the tires (front to back) at the same time. Sure glad I did this. Could not see either front or back brakes on the RH side for this red clay. What really made me glad I did this was that the vents in the rotors were all filled with mud. It took a lot of pressure washing to clean them all out.
I think that same gorilla who has installed the oil filter on some of your trucks also installed the wheels. This is the first time the wheels have been off. It took all my strength using the Dodge wheel wrench to get the lugs to move. And I ain't no 90 pound weakling. OK, I'm an overweight weakling.
Let me set the record straight about something. I said the MEXICANS staggered down the road. I did not alcohol of the partake they brought. It was the Mexican's who road down the staggered. Even tho the party was on the behalf of my wife and I, we were impolite and did not drink.
There is a a black '04 diesel Ram at the dealer. The speedometer is metric. When I asked where it came from, nobody knew. Seems it was a wrong delivery. Diesel Ram's are not sold in Mexico. The sticker on the door seems to indicate it should have gone to Canada. Scotty, what is the S/N of the ram you are expecting? Could this be yours? ??? ;D

Re:Mexstan and Scotty

I was going to tell you to make sure and flush those rotors out. I've seen them warp beyond repair after a while of being packed with mud. I buried my old 89 up to the frame in a field around here. It was like shoveling wet concrete trying to get that thing out. Lesson learned, don't drive through a field just because it's there. There is no bottom in them around here.
