Heidi, if you make a good breakfast for me, I will give you the coordinates for "heaven". Heaven is our favorite dive site out from Tampa bay for grouper and monster lobster. Only about 80' of water, great ledge, 15 miles out. Love it. We have another at about 55' that is almost as good and only five miles off shore right off Sarasota. Pretty neat diving if you hit the right spot - - and warm water - - well, it was warm until those Yankees start blowing south again. You will be near great manatee waters in the river this time of year. They will be congregating at the springs. We love going up there. You can snorkel them there and still enjoy - - they will come to you and roll over to get their bellies rubbed.

Cold down here this morning - - don't like it. Only reaching 68 today - - boooooo. Oh well, grab some hot foo foo and go face the "bitter cold". See ya,

FreezinBob

Mornin all

Just about got blown off the planet last night and it's still doing it's thing. Gusts from 90-100 kph. Hope this doesn't last too long. Good thing there's no snow with it or it would be drifting roads closed for sure.

I'll have to go check the fence line to see what damage if any. This ain't going to be fun trudging through the snow. Maybe a set of snow shoes would be a good investment.

Pistol I hear you on the eating restaurant meals, gets old fast. Fronty would agree also I think. Did you get an ETA on your tools yet? Don't step up the plan to fast, pine box could be just around the corner.

Fiver I got a spare toque that I'm not using, PM me your address and I'll send it.

Hat must be getting his pre op check up today, hope everything goes alright.

Have a good one...Later

Time for another pot.

isn't it amazing? all your wife wants to do is GO OUT TO EAT.

you can spend $600 a month going out to eat.

but, it's really easy to get sick of it on a TAD.

Question Good to hear that everyone is alive and kickin'!

nice to see every one, all you on lookers can jump in anytime- there are no rules, just right.

Fiver- thanks for the tip. would LOVE to get a lobster, one of my dreams- was thinking Maine, but love to see them from 40 feet away is nicer! (never did like all those legs). we are not hauling the boat ( too many permits for a short jaunt) so I would have to sidle up to a land shark (boat for hire).

really just want to relax and not have to think though. y'know- like the politicians we have

okay, I lied- there is one rule: never mention CHAIKWA and SPEEDOS in the same thread. dang, I just broke the rule too. (j/k scott- you know you are loved here)

OLD DOG you are just too much- made me laugh out loud with the travel/shovel comment. L Jobb (just figured that out) that wind you felt was the flying saucer in Texas getting away from the farmers......

same ol same ol here but t shirt weather- 30 and no wind!

really do have tons of respect for the solid folks here on DTR!

ok, it is suppose to be nap time for the furry herd in here- they are nipping at my heels (eat or be eating) so I am outta here!

Afternoon y'all,

Figger'd I better check in before I did anything else today. Tools showed up the next morning after I did, so I couldn't really stretch that excuse much past lunchtime.

I hope ol' Madhatter has a successful meeting with the sawbones. Pass on some well wishes.

I think it's a BBQ night ... rib joint is just down the street.
