Hey there. Is this the same coffe as last week? Take a couple days off and everybody switches to tea?

Back at it today. Had to hammer a few things out last week, but I think I'm getting caught up now. Just finished returning the nastygrams, after cleaning up my replies. Snowing but mostly quiet.

Mornin' all,

NW Houston, 36*F, converts to ((36+40)x5/9)-40=2.2*C. Sunny now, but supposed to change to rain tomorrow.
Got a few more things in job jar. Wife went thru stuff, and now there is stuff to trash, stuff to shread, stuff to file. People to call, and other stuff. She is at the salt mines now.

Prayers are with you HAT. Good that you have friends that will be taking care of your truck, beer and tools.

ChrisR sure makes a lot of noise in the wee hours of the morning.

Otta here, for now.

Have a good un, and be safe out there.

Heidi, just make sure it's a manatee and not one of those "iguanas" ...

Hey Claude, know any of those students that want to work on a tractor for extra credit?

Mornin all

Haven't seen any drops for a long time Claude. The ones I have seen were fairly weathered and banged up so probably not that years. Might be easier to get some from a hunter thats not going to mount them. (from ordinary size animal) I will keep my eyes open for you if you want for sure. I've seen some carvings on elk horn but not on moose. Do you use a dremel type tool to carve on the horn?

Don't worry Chris your name was on the divvy up list. I think of it as recycling used stuff, being environmentally conscious. Yea thats it, feel better already...

Weather is very nice here. If it gets up to where theysay we'll be on the plus side of the thermometer today. Well at least till this afternoon and then it's on it's way back down. Hopefully not to far down.

Hope thats not an indication of what the rest of your week is going to be like Pistol. Oh well just have to relax till they get them back to you.

Have fun and drive safe...Later.

Ijobb- Ive Seen It Done In A Cupple Of Ways- One Shallow Relieef Carving-almost Looked Like Ivory Or Something -beautiful- Usally A Nature Carving Of Some Kind- Deep Relieef Where They Drill A Small Hole And Use A Scrole Saw On Part Of It And Use Shallow Relieef For The Rest Giving It A Real 3 D Affect Also Beautiful.
Its One Of Those Deals Where -when You Get One You Keep It Until Just The Right Idea Comes Along Then You Carve It - Being That They Arn`t All That Available(like Wood Is) Your Verry Careful What You Deside To Carve And Careful When You Do Carve It - Truly A Treasure Of Nature, usally Use A Fordum (high Powered Electric Moter With Flex Shaft And Tool Holder At End Of Flex Shaft< Kind Of Like A Upgraded Dremmel.
Yea If You Ever Get A Chance To Get One Let Me Know -should Be Able To Ship Ups Or Something - I Can Handle That .yea They Usally Carve The Flat Palmed Area When I Find A Pict I`ll Save It And Send It To You - They Are Usally Really Cool.
