The officer twice refused and asked for an evidence form.<br><br>According to the charging documents, Dickerson then pointed a pistol at the officer. She eventually handed him the paperwork and put the gun in her holster.<br><br>Dickerson is free on her own recognizance after pleading innocent to the charges. She is suspended with pay, and her police powers have been suspended.<br><br>
