Good morning all, going to be a hot one out. That iced coffee would have been nice Chiakwa.

what makes that HUGE ball of black smoke when they light off?
it scares most people here the first time they see it, looks like the woods are on fire.
this doesnt' do it justice, we are surrounded by rail yards:

ok. options for saturday are:
-go south to Mad's, work on turbo (work for ~4 hours)
-go north to Myrtle Beach, to car show (clean car for ~3 hours)
-stay home and clean house for 8 hours.
decisions decisions decisions....
hard to have fun with posts like that....
that's why i got a bike: i want my grandkids, in grade school, to tell thier friends: "he was sucking earth and blowing coal, never hit the brakes and he was shifting gears and then WHAM...."
i want my die'ing to be a local legend, not falling asleep in a rocking chair.
my OL loves to pay $3 for a iced coffee, i am gonna put her coffe machine in the Ice box, see if she can find it. blame Chiakwa if she gets mad...
she eats out so much, i don't know if she knows how to open the freezer..

Cincy, the hand is still hurtin,been typing slower than usual.I'm just takin it easy.

UhhhOhhhhh I see an angry wife.j/k. Talked to the Doc. and he has decided to put me on Naproxen,an anti-inflammatory.If it is no better by next Monday he is sending me to a specialist.

04ctd, it depends. Alot of the turbo engines will smoke more until the turbo starts to spool up and the old blower engines do smoke alot when starting out too. Just like our trucks, you put more fuel than air to them they'll roll the smoke out till the boost builds up. EMD diesel aren't the cleanest burning diesel engine either.

Appears that everybody is doing pretty well again today except for the medicals. Mmmmm Taco's with all the good stuff. Cant wait.

Waitin for the gf to call, this afternoon she cracked a tooth when she bit in to whatever it was she was eating. So she's at the dentist right now getting it fixed. Didn't break the whole tool just part of it off. The part the broke off was very sharp and would cut her if she didn't get anything done about it. I offered to come by with a file and my dremel. She didn't like that idea.
