Cosequin DS from what I read is the gold standard for supplements. The con is the price - very expensive. After reading on HylaSport, howit was developed, seeing he ingredients/amounts and the cost per servings/# of servings I decided to pull the trigger and see how it goes. Also comparing Hylasport to the Dumore horse supp, it is $5 more (shipped!) for the same 2lb supply but I feel better about it being dog specific = easy & peace of mind for servings and digestive system compatibility. I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes.
