went on a Hitchcock movie thriller today. doing errands, heard about an old farm place with eight 80s mercedes. drove out there and it sure was deserted. little path to a falling down house. any kind of diesel on the property. tractors, trucks, old daimler farm stuff. neat to walk around if you had a rifle for whatever lives in the six foot weeds. no signs of life at the house. started to get creepy, left and looked at the other side of house- more mercedes. one dusty, oil leaking one had sept 2009 plates and registration. weird, so I was outta there before becoming a crime statistic.
did some legal looking- a college professor. figures......

Had to do a little bit of reading to catch up on things, if thats possible. Discussions in this break room are some what disjointed at times to say the least. J/K just have to read the posts a couple of times to figure out whats going on, thats all. Hahaha

We've also had a rash of bike fatalities in the last couple of weeks. Mostly if not all crotch rockets going way to fast. In the paper one was caught on radar going 160 KPH on one of the roads in the city with a limit of 90 KPH. Going to suck to be him when he gets to court.

Weather was perfect today. Nice and warm with a little breeze. Dog is already sacked out on the couch, the wife is in bed and my pillow is calling me so I better go. Good night John-Boy,Mary Ellen...zzzzzZZZZZZ

Just wanted to do a quick check in. Summer is finally starting to shine around here (for at least a day). Got to go fishing with more relatives in the morning so will see what you guys are up to tomorrow.

 

Finally got a brake to start the coffee. Clean up after yourselves. I don't want to get woke up later by the janitor grumbling. If I don't get my sleep today, nobody else will sleep tomorrow night.... I'm just sayin....

Wow, the janitor came out of hiding - - and even put on the coffee - - and ph00 - - and "sweet" tea. Wow, I don't know if I can handle the shock. Hey, good mornin Scott - - good to ceee ya. And the ph00 is quite tasty, thank you. Trying to figure out the unusual taste. Hmmmm - - - ahhhh - - spraying the roaches while the pot was uncovered - - that's the taste. ym yum.

Rain again today - - we just might catch up with the shortfall yet. Now if only the stock market would catch up with the shortfall - - ouch ouch ouch. We are now skipping lunch and having Spam for supper. Oh well, they always tell me there is no uhaul behind the hearse - - so, enjoy and have fun.

Been raining hard here all night long. We have a river in the back sallyport to wade through to get new prisoners into the jail. Supposed to keep raining like thid through Wednesday. That's fine by me, Wed. is my Fri.

Fried SPAM with maple syrup........ Now I'm hungry again....

Maybe I can catch one of the slower doughnuts left arround in her and club it with a broom handle before it catches on to my tactics.

Day 1, things are ok. Nothing too much to report, except... the coffee will make you flinch!! Man, I drink some strong coffee, but this stuff made my face pucker every time I took a sip...

They put me in charge of a bunch of stuff, so if you hear about a merchant Marine vessel off the coast of NC taking on water and on fire...

Yes FIVER, I am still under the heavy logging chain of 'doctor's orders' to behave. I beeped the horn a few times, yelled hello? a few times and left a note. just wanted to see what a non California exhaust system looked like (yup, I raised the hood anyways) to think about switching my lil car over, no clue as if it would run better or worse....just wanted to talk diesels (i feel my 300TD runs too hot but the temp says normal operating ) this is Indian and Amish areas, they walk in your barn or garage if they want to see something.
