Re:Lunch Time (or dinner for some breakfast for others)

In about 2 hours I'll be having a Fish and Chips dinner (comes with side salad, ranch dressing) and a 52ounce Diet Coke (probably only 40 ounces minus the ice, it will last me the rest of the evening till go home time).

I call it lunch, most would call it dinner, but as it comes halfway through the work day, it's lunch.

I also refer to it as "Fish Friday on Monday".

Went out on the Haphazard out of Oregon Inlet about two months ago and caught 39 between the six of us. One of the filets I brought home was over two feet long. Talk about good eating!!!!!!! Two of the other guys caught a white marlin (catch and release). That was a beautiful fish.
