Lucas fuel treatment

I have run power service for 5+ years, no problems. One time, even got an injector that was stuck freed up. Year and a half ago we took a trip to the Big Gorn mountains in Wyoming. On the way I got a bad tank of fuel near devils tower. The truck ran rough and lost power since that day. I changed filters and ran plenty of power service through it, got us home. Since we were needing more space, decided we were going to buy a newer truck and I was only driving this one to work and running empty, and I wasn't going to put money into it. Well, my wife's van started having an injector problem and after two tanks of the lucas, its running real good. I had bought a gallon of the fuel treatment and decided to run some Lucas in my truck. Well 1/2 way through the second tank, I noticed it was pulling the hills easier. I turned off the radio, and well, the engine was back to it pre-wyoming trip power/sound. It had been 35,000+ plus miles since the Wyoming trip. Now it goes in every tank instead of the power service. Just my 2 cents with the Lucas stuff.

I used the non cold weather one. Being its been a fairly warm winter here in MO, didn't have much concerns about gelling.

I run lucas upper cylinder treatment in every tank and it helps a bunch. I'm a little mad now though because o'reilly's quit carrying the big bottles and now I have to buy a little bottle every time I fill up.

I paid $17 for a gallon of it at a local parts store.

been running it for 3 months now.....the ol' mill likes to have its drink spiked.....with sulfur levels hovering between 3% and 5% area specific, and our P-pumps needing at least 5%......mine won't get a drop of #2 w/o it, especially in a few years....
