Unhappy Lost a Dear Friend Today

As I sit here with tears in my eyes I still can’t believe it happened. I am still in shock and I don’t know exactly how to put my feelings into words. But I figured the only way that I will get through this is with the support of people that would understand what I am going through at the moment.

I lost a dear friend today. As some of you may remember from last night, my friend allowed me to make the almost perfect “Black & Tan”. Now my friend is gone. I had just finished washing him and ………. Excuse me………. I’ll be back…… in a minute……..
Okay…. Had to compose myself. As I finished washing him I set him on the counter, and through my on carelessness I accidentally knocked him over causing the terminal damage you see here. I don’t know how I am ever going to live with myself for being so careless. Many years of therapy I imagine.

It is going to be hard to imagine life without him. He was always there for me. Good times and bad. He had many friends and he will surely be missed by all. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request a moment of silence and maybe a toast in his honor.

You will be missed fallen soldier. You will be missed.

Britt

I'd offer up a toast to the fallen one ... but you'd probably break another one, so we better just bow our heads instead.

Winter is comming, is this what we can expect??

Hotdram killed me on that one, good clean fun........

Sorry to hear about your loss Britt, does the new pad have those fancy ceramic tops? They may have been the real ultimate cause of death, I'm thinking a formica surface may have been more forgiving?!
