Well it looks like I gotta try again for 10,000 posts. Some how I lost a 1000 of them. Oh well. I needed another goal.

this morning I got a message saying the site was down for maint., then posts were off. poor tyler, now he has to spend even more time here. and we get to see phox become the devil again.

 

Does anyone know if someone stole some of my posts? I am not sure if I did or not

 

Maybe we could add a few red squares to Begle1 while you are at it?

Yeah. Good thing. I just don't want any dings on my reputation bar from not living up to people's expectations.

 

The reason your posts are down is because we do not count posts in the "other" forum. Some of your posts occured when we did count them in that forum. When I did a database update, it also updated your posts to reflect the "new" post count policy in "other". Sooooo in reality, you were higher than you should have been.

Given that fact, I didn't realize that so many people took post counts so seriously. I'm somewhat of a content guy myself. What I mean is that for me it's all about the quality, not the quantity.

 

I figured it had something to do with old posts being deleted or what not. It's no big deal to me. I just think it's cool to see that 10,000 number up there. Guess this time when I hit 10k it'll be my AUTHENTIC post count. That last one was just a test run.

Why are "other" posts not counted?

 

Well look at it this way Tyler......at least now you can REALLY make your 10,000th post a GOOD ONE!! Your last 10,000 one ( wow that sounds funny ) didn't have enough emotion in it!!! LOL
