I agree that the counter is more of a gauge of how addicted we are than anything else.

Personally, I still don't think those numbers are right. There's no way I've made 2,760 posts outside of the Other forum. Probably 95% of all posts I've made over the past 5 years have been in Other. Given that percentage, I would have made 55,200 posts...which I KNOW isn't right.
