I agree with Shovelhead 100%.
For as much fun it could be for many, we are just hurting ourselves. The more we smoke the more they will make it tough with regulations, remember that next time.

Remember to thank all those who have to roll smoke for anything and everything next time you cuss about emission inspections and the use of particulate filters on the new diesels.
That Geezer in the Mercedes, or that "Bimbo" in the Beemer you just "Smoked" is probably a voter too, and might be a member, or know someone sitting on the local board that decides local emission policy.......

At the track or the pull it is definantly cool and appreciated. On a public road, not so much.
