Little girl in serious trouble

Guys and gals, I know this is not a truck topic and some may not believe in the power of prayer but I have just received an urgent request for prayer. Those of you with kids will understand.
There is a little 8 year old girl in hospital here in Mexico that is in serious trouble. Her name is Iliana. She has had some kind of a reaction to something and is not responding to treatment. From what I understand her liver is failing. She is only semi-conscious. Please, for those of you that believe in prayer, join with me in praying for her recovery.

That is really sad. I lost my brother at age 8 and I will sure pray for this little girl.

Undoubtedly this is much more important than any of this truck stuff !!!

Kind of puts things into perspective. I hope she will be ok.

Update'

Just received an update on Iliana. Last night when I sent out my email Iliana had an extremely high temperature, some sort of creeping body rash, was only semi-conscious and sundry other problems.
This morning she woke up with almost no headache and the wierd 'rash' has stopped growing. The doctors are optomistic and now say that she has a chance of surviving.
I believe this is in part due to the power of prayer. Please don't stop praying for her and her family. Her father is not a believer but I am told he was in tears when told that I put this out on the internet and other places requesting prayer.
On behalf of Iliana and her family I thank you for your prayers. Don't stop yet.

Re:Little girl in serious trouble

Glad to hear she is doing better. I have found that enen a non-believer can be changed. I was one for a long time. We will keep praying.
To prove the power of prayer INHO, several years ago a friend developed a brain bleed. All medical folks could say was, sorry, she won't last long. A prayer chain such as this was started and now she is fully recovered and more active than ever. Her doctor can not explain it. I can.

Re:Little girl in serious trouble

Over the years I have personally seen many cases of unbelievable healings. Every one of them I attribute to the power of prayer.
I do not know little Iliana or her family but someone who does asked me to pray for her. It has often (but shoudn't) amazed me how someone need not know the person being prayed for, and it still makes a difference. Don't know about you guys, but something like this really tugs at my heart.
Isn't it interesting that this father, who is not a believer, cried when told they we were praying for his little girl? I suspect that it is because the doctors had told him that there was nothing else that they could do and then about 12 hours later there was such a dramatic improvement in her condition.
Hope to hear a progress report later this afternoon and will keep you all posted. Thanks again for all your prayers.

Re:Little girl in serious trouble

Mexstan,
I suspect he was crying because he may have realized that GOD REALLY is watching over his baby. I pray he cries more and realizes that GOD takes care of ALL things. But he won't be able to speak with God while standing, ONLY on bent knees. I just saw the post, but will say a prayer and ask ALL my Angels to be with her.
I have a freind in Sao Paulo Brazil, his mother had cancer, and we had been praying for her, we talk almost every day, but it's funny that when I would say a pray for her, he would tell me that his mother said to tell "his" friend in America hello, he, as I was amazed, BUT HEY, THE POWER OF PRAYER WORKS, she has passed on, but the night she passed, I was awoken at 2:30 a.m. and could not figure why, I called him the next day and he told me she had passed. When I told him about this, he almost started to cry. I never got the chance to meet his mother, but I know she is with GOD.
Our prayers are with her and also her father, as he will soon believe.
No I'm not a preacher, just a BELIEVER.
