These are my New Years Resolutions......
I promise not to bag on Begle1 so much this year.
I also resolve not to pick on BB so much.
I'll try to respect people who live in Oklahoma more.
I won't make such a mess in the coffee room.
I'll learn how to spell chitakiwakias name.
I promise to not to get madhat upset anymore...than he already is.

I have started working out more about 3 months ago and I'm really getting into it again. Not trying to bulk up just stay in good health. I had to start excercising my shoulder due to a rotator cuff tear, and it WORKED! No surgury needed, so since I was going now I'm making it a habit...for life! At 52 I don't have that much longer to go anyway!
My Work Out Routine 3-4 times a week.
1. Rotate through weight machines doing 20 reps at once using light / medium weights, about 30 mins.
2. 30 mins on a stair stepper rasing heart rate to 140 - 160 BPM.
3. Go home and take 3 advil, and take a nap. lol
