Land Rats & Target Practice
Well, I'll take one; give it a nice dry rub and smoke it low & slow over a plum wood fire and finish it with a good mop sauce. Now they just gotta figure out what to do with the other 5,999. Depending on how it tastes, I might be good for one a week. Any other curious and hungry DTR-ers out there?
