Yep much missing from that old jacket, but there was enough on it to stir up a hornets nest and rekindle the old "babykiller" hate mongers

I guess we will never get away from that stuff as long as people like Kerry and his supporters are around.

Kerry of Bush ..... Kerry or Bush.... ? Seems there should be some other choice doesn't it... - well there is.

I know I prefer bush over Kerry but I am not voting for either... I will vote libertarian. http://www.lp.org/issues/ - I have a hard time disagreeing with this party’s overall stance and the more I read about Michael Badnarik the more I like what I hear and read. http://www.badnarik.org/

Lary,

Darn this place is busy today. Post a message and an hour later there are 4 replies.

Your statement.. "My CIB, Master Jump wings, Air Assault badge and Pathfinder pin, are not on that old jacket. Probably laying in a drawer somewhere Also the French Foragers Lanyard on the left shoulder is missing."

I also wear all but the French Foragers Lanyard, and Pathfinder. The CIB, Jump wings, Air Assault badge, and SF patch say it all, (they were earned through what I DID) the ribbons were for where I happened to be at a given time in space.

You know what I mean? Just because Kerry has ribbons it don't mean he did anything worthwhile. It just means he was there with the other 200 million GIs. That doesn’t qualify him for anything.

Also I read something not along ago about his old lady giving millions of dollars to some organization that supports terrorists. And his lack of votes for homeland security and his time never authoring a bill just riding on Ted Kennedy's tails and his ... you get the picture!

"Oh Great lets make Drugs legal so more people cant fry there brains like the rest of the Loony Left!!"

Not really the issue here but since you jumped right there disregarding all the other issues:

One you may agree with
http://www.badnarik.org/Issues/GunControl.php

The federal government has no constitutional authority to interfere with state drug policies. When the federal government outlawed alcohol, it required a constitutional amendment to do so. Nonetheless it has assumed the legal authority to wage its "War on Drugs."

Now before you jump on the close minded "he's a druggy" band wagon.
I do not take drugs - well sure the occasional advil but not the illegal kind.

To tell you the truth i agree with about 75% of the Lib platform but its the other 25% I can not take.
I have many friends that are in the Party and know alot of them are not druggies. Was a joke over all

ahh - my bad...

It just angers me to no end that everyone say's kerry or bush - and as stated before I prefer bush over kerry but neither is the answer this country needs to pull us out of the oppressive death spiral we are in, the more I learn about the government as it is and then the way it should be, the less and less inclined I am to think "we the people" can save ourselves, as we gladly throw away personal liberties in the name of temporary security and on and on and on. A little bit of "can't see the forest for the trees" is going on here I just can't tell if I am looking at the trees or the forest. All I know for sure is that I am not happy with it the way it is and every time I try to discuss it with people all I hear is Kerry or Bush . . . grrrhhh.

OK now that that rant is over.... I need a nap.

what are your percentages on the other two parties, if you can not agree with libertarians due to 25% that is?
