Looks like I will be needing a new turbo. Was told that I can put one in from an 03-05, with the addition of a new down pipe.. If anyone has a stocker sittin around they are looking to get rid of let me know.

Blake told me he was gonna come up and install it for me. I don't care what you guys say, that's a good guy right there. Offers to drive all the way up here to help a guy out!!! All I gotta do is grill up a couple of steaks.

So you did you actually confirm its the turbo???

I said I think those boost numbers are low, but I would get a second opinion. I only claim to know what Im talking about.

 

Hmmmm, Mechanic buddy said 20 psi is pretty good, so turbo is probably ok. Gonna go in on Monday and he's gonna put a puter on it. Thinks maybe a sensor is not reporting the proper pressure.

 

Whoa - - Blake - - you are a good man in spite of what your wife said. Hmmm, how about a quick trip to the Sunshine state and you can help put in a new clutch. Too many miles pulling that 16K fiver behind it in some pretty interesting places. The one bad thing of the stick is trying to get that sucker backed in, especially if it is going uphill a bit. Too much slipping the clutch.

Oh well, just money.

Little rain down our way - - Bonnie came into Florida in Miami this morning and working her way across the state. Not much guts - - mostly rain and mild winds. Not nice where she is heading. We don't need that stuff pushed onto shore in LA. What a mess.

I told you Id get them, they havent started on the 2nd line yet, they are just delivering the pipe.

 

Pipe delivery is good. I'd settle for that until the real work starts!

No, I won't take that bet. I have to get the guy back over here so I can pull off the sides to show the flat bed AND the dump body.

Having back pain is the pits. I had real problems in the past but have been lucky the last ten years.

Its the US side that has the restriction. I can take a truck load of toilets into Canada but can find my self in deep um--stuff by trying to bring a load into the US.
