It's Finally That Time of Year

Well,
Went out yesterday and paid for a new dove lease. 125 simeoleans for the entire season. I now have 800 acres on which to blast away endlessly for hor's douvers. Got my payment sent off for 5100 acres of Bambi sniping territory as well. Plus got opening weekend south zone whitewing hunt set up too.

Gotta go get my Beretta out of mothballs, clean her up, and bust a couple of boxes of rocks to get in tune......

Everyone else ready????????

Sorry... Tigers are doing too good for football just yet?

Not familiar with whitewing, what would that be?

I'm ready, but I dont think we're going to have a hunt this year on opening day, there are no crops in the area I live downtown this year, and nobody around me is setting up anything that I know of. AND, I have to work on opening day I think. Oh well, I've got to go sometime, because I havent missed a season since I was 4(didnt start shooting until 7), and dont want to break my record.

I've had the itch now for about a month and I can't wait! Not positive I will be going out on opening day, but it looks promising. I will for sure be out there the following day. I gotta get my shotgun cleaned up also and I have been working with my Lab to get some of the flab off of him.

Hey Scuzman,
What type of Beretta are you talking of? I am a Beretta lover!! I don't have any Beretta rifles though, only shotguns and pistols.

Christov,
My Beretta if I remember correct is an A3 Semi 12 Ga shotgun. I have all 3 barrels in my case and have loved it since I was a young man duck hunting cause it weighs in next to nothing.... I would go get the model # off of it but momma is horizontal right now with a migrane which hates lights. I have hunted with this gun for 20 years and LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE it!!!!!!!!!
