Those roosterectomy procedures work well if the recipient already has a gaping hole in their skull so it should be a success.
I know when I had that done my LEGGS took on a whole New look that made the neighbors somewhat envious. Yeah envious that's it yeah.

My biggest challenge having a co ck brain lol was the terets (sp?) issues the doner had. I kept yelling strange sounds and pecking people's heads.

Errreerroooooo!

!
You make that gaping hole in my head sound worse than it is...I prefer to think of it as a sunroof and frankly as long as I keep the pigeons out of it, it gives me little in the way of problems

Good morning all y'all,
I have a rare middle of the week day off. DW and I have to go to the dentist today, nothing big, just a cleaning, fluoride treatment etc. We are both smokers so we go every three months to help keep the gums a little happier.
It is an awesome autumn day on the edge of the Canadian prairies. I sent JWBM a photo a little while ago of Rockies taken from the back deck. The air is crisp today and there is no humidity or clouds, just cool air and clear blue sky. It is one of those days where the mountains look huge and close. They are about 100 miles away but it looks like you could walk to them in less than an hour. I sure wish I had figured out how to post pix on here like the rest of you have

It is nice to see that people are coming back to the site and we are starting to see some traffic in the breakroom.

Shorts - glad to hear you have landed. Your location for your profile still says DFW area, maybe time for an update

DW pickled beets all day yesterday. The beets got a little out of control this year. 5 beets made 9 x 1 quart jars of pickled beets. Only another 20 or so beets to go.

It is Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, bring on the turkey (from 1/2 mile up the road) and all the veggies from the garden - mashed taters, turnips, carrots and peas. MMMmmmmmm!!!!

Have a fun and safe day. A bunch of you are hoeing tough rows right now (between courts and doctors), I wish you all good outcomes.

The clothes you were wearing will never ever ever be rid of the ATF. The Tshirt I wore is still red and still smells funny after intentional repeat washes with all kinds of degreasers

Oh and Bob, I've been thinking about it, this time of year... Snowbird season!! I'm going to have to put an entire external roll cage on the truck. I remember those seasons back in Corpus. Ca-ra-zay!

Whew - - got all my running done. They could not find a slow leak in the front tire of the truck. DUH - - oh well, just let it go flat and drive it - - they can then replace it.

Naw - just gotta learn how to navigate around the Yankees. They all drive in the left lane, real slow, and look all around and point. If you drive in the right lane it goes faster - - just watch out if you see some wild movement of the finger and it is pointing to the right - - that means they are coming into your lane to pull into the next driveway. ..........................

Ahhhahahaha... I've seen those drivers. This last month back home these folks were tieing up traffic down on Main St. The problem was, Main St. is a main thorough fair for us residents to conduct regular business. The traffic line backed up was monumental, and the drivers? Clueless <--

Bob,
I wish you could have been in the Gym with Scotty and I the day that guy said "Look at my Leggss!" and then dropped his pants on the floor

I swear one of the craziest things I have ever seen and both Scotty and will NEVER forget it

Obviously we are both suffering from Post Traumatic Leggs Disorder

Hey folks, trip to the dentist done. I guess it is time to stop whining and learn how to post pix. JWBM has sent me a bit of a tutorial, so I will give it a try soon. It would appear from her instructions that it is best for me to store the pix on a photo storage site like Flickr, Picasa etc. Is there any service that works best and easiest? Also, I will typically be taking pix on my iPad so if any of you are iPad users and recommend a service that works well from the iPad, help will be appreciated.
If I am in heck for not posting this in the tech support section, just delete it and I will repost there.

I hope everyone is having a good day.
