I'd be working on my Dodge, if it weren't for a FORD of course.

My "other truck" is a '93 F-250 with the 7.3L IDI International diesel in it. I bought this Dodge to replace that one and sell it, just been slow getting to selling it.
Yesterday I bought a new glow plug relay and replaced it because one of the studs broke off the other one (yeah, like I need to throw more money at this thing when I'm trying to sell). Like the IDIOT I am, I didn't disconnect the batteries like I told myself to, instead I taped the wires when I unhooked them from the relay. Tightening down the last nut on the GP relay (fat red one) I hit the engine lift hook and got grand sparks off the ratchet. Now, I get a click, but it doesn't turn over.
To the hot side of the starter relay on the fender, I get voltage. When I turn the key to 'start', I get voltage at the little "kicker" wire on that relay, and it also gives me 12V on the other side of the relay.
At the starter, looking up from the bottom, head towards the front of the truck, I get 12V all the time on the outside wire, and when the key goes to start, I get 12V on the inner wire.
Did I fry the starter? Any ideas?
I dunno; but that's what I'll be working on today.
All the fuses are good, so aren't the fusible links from what I can tell; but I think it's the starter or solenoid down there.
