How do you back up your contacts on an iPhone? I plugged it up to iTunes but there isn't a button for contacts. I'm afraid to sync it cause I can't take a chance of losing all the data.

I don't have any music on the phone because I can't figure that one out either!!

I need a Jitterbug!!

Now what you want to do figure if you want to merge your contacts between your phone and computer (if any on the puter) or overwrite one or the other.

That is done on the info tab when your phone is plugged into iTunes. If you are using iCloud then you would choose to sync them through iCloud on your phone and the box will not be check on your computer. Any contacts you add to the phone or computer will be synced automatically with iCloud, or if you are not using it, when you plug in a sync.

my ipod has the option to sync with outlook contacts.
I have my windows phone set to sync with outlook contacts.

But yeah, what the other idiot....er I mean Blake said! I had to figure this out for the wifes iPhone 4s the other day.

Only thing I took from this post is that your wife is smarter than you....

1. She owns an iPhone

and

2. She managed to "convince" you she couldnt operate it and you just "had" to handle it for her....
