I was talking with the family today at dinner and we were talking about where to go next year for vacation. Since we usually stick to the east coast, we kinda wanna go out farther to the midwest. I had the idea of going to a hunting lodge/working ranch since most of the guys in my family hunt and my grandfather hasn't done much hardcore hunting since he stopped guiding. It'd be great to take my mother's parents along and my father's mother too. Just a good ol' family vacation. Does anybody know of some good hunting lodges/working ranches with good waterfowl hunting or white-tail hunting and not an outrageouse price? I was thinking somewhere in Texas, but not too sure about their goose hunting. I'd really like to take home a Texas Monster Buck or some kind of big game. Thanks for the help guys.
