Great game played by both except for the cheap shot that ya'lls guy took against our QB. I'm glad that guy got ejected. But other than that it was a heckuva game. I'm proud of both teams. Just wish we woulda gotten that one last touchdown.

Now, the last hit, the one that took him out of the game, was nothing more than a good, solid hit on an attempted sack.
I give credit for that game to our defense. They held a team averaging over 40 points a game to ONE touchdown...and they only got that one because we fumbled the ball on our own 37 yard line and Texas recovered it. Were it not for that one turnover it would have been a shut out...and THAT would have been a BEAUTIFUL thing.
The t-sips went into that game thinking there was no way A&M would march into Austin and beat them. They were wrong.

Now I cant get the song about Alpine, Texas out of my head. First thought was Roger Creager but i think i am confused with Long Way to Mexico.
