Higher MPG
Pyramid Sales Structure?? Amway?? Hmmmm....
I have to admit I'm pretty skeptical about a product when somone tells me it gained them 9 mpg. Where can you buy this stuff and how much does it cost?? What affect does it have on the Cummins warranty (if any)??

You can use RME as a very cheap and efficient fuel additive. RME will raise the cetane rating and will also clean the gunk out of an injection system. (As with any cleaner you should have some new fuel filters at hand).
Mileage increases primarily depend on the following factors:
Cetane rating and BTUs/gal of the fuel used
Spray pattern and timing of the injection
Amount of gunk in the injection system
If you have some clogged up injectors that do spray poorly because of contamination, combine this with very low cetane fuel and some quite late injection timing on an engine that has lots of soot making the ring sealing inefficient and you add some cleaner (like Power Service, RME, Ethos or the like) with a cetane enhancer you will probably have some spectacular results.
If the engine is set up properly and you have good fuel and the system isn't contaminated the results will be close to ZERO.
