Ran the same oil in my 89 for 4 1/2 years, 60000 miles. Ran the first oil in my current truck for 50000 miles. I am running the oil 25000 miles since I added the EZ but could easily go more depengding on sample results.

I sent a sample to Analysts Inc about every 10000 miles. If you call them, they will send you the sample kits. I installed a valve on my AMSOIL remote housing so I can get a good sample of what the engine is getting.
