Big Oils' Excuse For High Prices No Lonnger Valid!(double post, reply in unlocked)

Hey, I figured I would be the 1st to post this litle bit of info here. Seems a gigantic oil reserve was tapped today with the potential to increase USA domestic output by 50%. Now lets see those f'n oil companies try to tell us supplies are dwindling and thats the reason for increased prices!!!! This is the biggest discovery since the Alaskan North Slope in the 70's.

I read that too on MSNBC, hopefully it'll keep oil prices down. I know we all wish that. Hopefully Big Oil won't jack up the prices and tell us it's because of high drilling cost out at sea and refining. It has been nice seeing gas and diesel prices go down in the past 2 weeks. Gas here has gone down from $3.09 2 weeks ago to $2.67 today. Diesel now sits at $2.79. It would be nice to see it go down more, I hope this new oil reserve will have a positive impact on it for us, the consumer.
