High Impulse Weapon System

Remember, 80% on the front, 20% on the back.

So cool.

I was waiting for the camera man to get the backblast. Backblast area all clear......*%$#@%^&.

I would like to see what happens on the other end. "80% up front man", no kidding. Ok, how much and where does the check go?

I saw that awhile back and was also expecting some backblast like with the M72. Im still not quite sure what the point of the weapon is other than its sort of like a shoulder fired mortar.

It'll be the secodary weapons system on the powered armor suit.

Don't laugh ..... it's closer than we think.

I'm not sure if any of you are into computer games, but if you've seen StarCraft this is what I'm talking about:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VSGmPpidDvo

Armored suit powered by fuel cell technology, HUD inside the helmet with comms and IFF (Identify Friend Foe) ability, integrated ammo storage, etc..

It wouldn't be hard at all to add an autoloading mechanism and a shoulder mount to fire it.

Never played StarCraft. Looks interesting. I dont think we are quite at that stage with our power suits.

I think I may have been part of a test project with something a bit different.
It was sound wave technology. It did not matter what foot had what percentage of weight on it...I flew several yards when the trigger was pulled...
In addition to that first impact, it took over 15 minutes to get my bearings back so that I could just stand up.

It was called [censored] by the Canadian government and was a joint effort with [censored] and [censored] and wow did it and does it work well. Felt like my teeth were loose for a week!

Sounds like they tested their molecular destructor on you and it was only able to crumble a few pebbles from the granite atop your neck.

At least you have a neck.
