why do they have to be safe? what happens on Canada Day? Do they make more Canadiens?

is that as big as the NHL Draft?

Canada Day is the celebration of Canada's independance, or recognition as it's own country and sovereignity from Britain.

Lots of people call it "Canada's Birthday" it's a celebration of their confederation. July 1 1867


It's basically the same as July 4 to Americans.

Just came up through Canada a few days ago. For you Canadians I have spent today drinking Molson Canadian, Labatt Blue and singing:: O Canada, we stand on guard for thee----gee,, wish I would have brought more beer up.

Rained all day in my area for Canada Day, but we made the best of it! Had fireworks, beverages and drinking games after. Kinda crummy it was on a Wednesday though
